Aage Krog

Chairman
Mr. Krog is chairman of and partner in Helicopter Transportation Group AS. He has experience from the helicopter industry since 1977, including as Managing Director of Lufttransport AS and interim Managing Director of Ostermans Aero AB and Airlift AS. He has together with partners developed Helicopter Transportation Group to become a leading European helicopter leasing company. Mr. Krog holds a Master of Business and Administration degree from the University of Mannheim in Germany.

Terje Bakken


Vice Chairman
Mr. Bakken joined Reiten & Co in 1998 and has been a partner since 2001. He has significant financial transaction and structured finance experience from the Nordic market as well as several years of previous management and consulting experience. Mr. Bakken holds a MSc in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Business & Administration from the Norwegian Business School (BI).

Knut Solberg


Boardmember
Mr. Solberg is currently the CEO of Braathens Aviation AB and Braathens Aviation AS. He has previous experience as the department head of the Norwegian Employers Association and from several management positions with SAS including as CEO of SAS Commuter, and from Braathens ASA and Malmö Aviation AB.

Per Terje Vold


Boardmember
Mr. Vold is currently running his own independent consulting firm. He has prior experience from the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, as energy advisor to OECD/IEA and from management positions in Statoil and Storebrand. He has also been the CEO of the Federation of Norwegian Process Industries (PIL) and the Norwegian Oil Industry Association (OLF). Mr. Vold holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Vidar Lundberg

Mr. Lundberg joined Reiten & Co in 2002 and has worked as Investment Director since 2006. He has previous background as Investor Relations Manager and within business consulting with Accenture. He also has experience from working with several of Reiten & Cos portfolio companies. He is currently board observer in Vertech Offshore. Mr. Lundberg holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian Business School (BI).

Jan Chr. Bragenes

Mr. Bragenes is CFO and partner in Helicopter Transportation Group AS. He has experience from the helicopter industry since 1991. His previous experience is from banking (lending and bad debt management) and from running his own consulting business prior to joining Helicopter Transportation Group. Mr. Bragenes holds a Master of Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School (BI).
